Rein - RQ 11/16/2016 8:41:33 AM Cascade to Porter Mountain Trail is a 5.7 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Lake Placid, NY that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible from May until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash. Incredible views from both Cascade & Porter. Easy double high peak checkmark. Summer or winter. Continues to remain ridiculously popular. Get there crazy early and back your car in or go in January, February for a more solitary experience.
Cascade to Porter Mountain Trail is a 5.7 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Lake Placid, NY that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate.
